Succession Development Corporation is a company that creates Seniors Housing. The company provides construction management services to construct Retirement Residences, including Seniors Townhouses in locations around Ontario. There are four recently completed projects in Kingston, Thornhill, London and London Townhomes. We have six ongoing projects in Oakville, Brampton, Collingwood, Oshawa, Renfrew and Owen Sound The construction value of those four projects is in excess of $70 million. 

Succession Development Corporation's principal is Jeffrey Baum. Jeffrey has over 20 years of experience working in the field of accessibility, design and construction. He is recognized as the founder of a one stop service to provide housing solutions for individuals in their private homes, as well as their workplaces. His expertise in universal design has resulted in him being recognized by the Courts as an expert witness and he has presented at numerous conferences on accommodating Seniors' as well as universal design.

Succession Development Corporation uses the Corecon construction management package to maintain strict control over budgets and costs related to all projects.
